Chris Harris

Chris’s career has spanned both technology and finance. He managed portfolios for UK pension funds, before moving to Tokyo and transitioning first to data science and then to tech. He now uses his domain expertise with finance alongside a deep knowledge of FPGA- and network-centric programming to manage Frameshift.

Elliot Potts

Elliot holds a First Class MEng in Computer Science and Electronics from the University of Bristol, with a study abroad year at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. He brings a wide range of programming expertise spanning C++, C, Haskell, Python, and more. Based in Tokyo, Elliot has spent nearly five years working on FPGA and software engineering in the financial technology sector, combining low-level hardware knowledge with full-stack development experience.
